New this Market is the “Luxe” dining collection offering two sizes of glass top tables, buffet, and two stunning dining chair styles. Table and buffet bases incorporate curved stainless steel and gorgeous Elm burl. Elegant dining chairs are wrapped in a rich, velvety chocolate Ultrasuede® fabric. Another distinctive dining chair option is a vertically ribbed seat pattern in black leather with brushed stainless chair backs.

Casa Novalia
“ Roma” and “Moda” are two new leather upholstered designs introduced this Market. The “Roma” sofa has flowing lines, spacious seating, and gently widening arms covered in sinuous Analina Mocha leather. A large leather ottoman completes the look. “Moda” includes a Panama Ivory leather sofa with unique curves and a club-style chair with gently flared arms in matching Panama Ivory leather.

Nicole Miller Collection
The fall season debuts additional pieces to this highly successful collection. “Lexington” is a sofa, chair, and ottoman grouping done in soft black with a brushed flannel texture. Incorporating subtle curve-shaped backs, the design evokes an intimate, “sheltered” feeling. The “West Side Chair” is an armless chair with clean, crisp lines. Finished in a chic black embossed suede, the square-shaped opening in the chair back creates a unique graphic appeal. A new 72” inch round “Manhattan” glass top dining table adds additional entertaining options. Additions to the exclusive fabric line will also be introduced this Market.

New Rug Program Unveiled
Continuing the expansion of their comprehensive product line, Excelsior Designs has unveiled a new program of custom rugs in collaboration with Thailand rug manufacturer, Carpet Creation. These custom offerings will bear the Excelsior Designs and Nicole Miller Collection brands, and also a wide variety of styles from Carpet Creation’s line. Sizes, shapes, colors, patterns, and construction can also be altered according to customers’ wishes, creating unique, personalized designs.

Classically Modern Magazine
Excelsior Designs recently completed the third issue of their highly successful consumer magazine. Called Classically Modern, it targets those drawn to a more contemporary style of living. Stories offer useful design ideas, the latest information on current decorating trends, as well as beautiful photography highlighting many of Excelsior’s best-selling furniture pieces. The new issue will be distributed to retailers at the October High Point Market; consumers will begin receiving the publication at the end of the year.
